The successful applicant will have responsibility for the operation of the Facilities Maintenance Helpdesk, to follow up calls and ensure that maintenance is carried out promptly and effectively and that jobs are allocated and run at optimum efficiency.
To ensuring associated administration is carried out accurately and in line with departmental guidelines. The ideal candidate will have previously fulfilled a similar role and have, excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, ability to prioritize a heavy workload and work on own initiative, Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work, IT literate and the ability to use MS Office applications at intermediate level.
