Business Development Manager
Location: Northern Ireland
Salary: £30k - 40k Based on experience, Negotiable Basic, Bonus, Car/CA & executive Benefits.

Although other companies have suffered heavily over the last year our client have been on a major acquisition trail and increased market share dramatically and focused on becoming the market leader within the BMS industry. The company are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to join one of the companies top performing teams based in the West Midlands.


Your Key responsibilities:

Making initial contact to companies across the Northern Ireland at all levels

The sale and promotion of the company’s products, services and expertise presenting to end users, consultant and contractors to secure new projects

Developing new, existing or dormant end users of the company’s products and Services

High levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the customer relationship

Achievement of high levels of revenue and order input targets

Oversee consultation process for each client through to handover and sometimes completion of projects

Responsible for strategy and targeting the regions companies to identify the most profitable opportunities.

Report back to Senior and Director Level on a weekly/monthly basis for progress on sales and ongoing projects.

Although this is a technical/project based product it is not essential that you come from the BMS industry although it would be an advantage. Experience in selling products into consultants/contractors and end users would also be a distinct advantage with a good working knowledge of a similar construction product sales process.

Experience of working in the BMS market is not essential more important is a proven track record in B2B sales and presenting/selling up to board level.
