Business Development Manager
Location: Southern Ireland
Salary: 50K - 55K EUR Negotiable Basic, Bonus, Car/CA & executive Benefits.

One of the fastest growing building automation companies is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to join one of the companies top performing teams based in Southern Ireland.

The company are proud of taking the lead when it comes to developing and introducing new technology into the Building Management Industry. They’re very keen to develop new ideas in connecting different building control systems that control a buildings indoor comfort, security, and economy with the company’s main edge being competence and flexibility.

Your Key responsibilities will be:

Making initial contact to companies across Southern Ireland at all levels

Presenting at board level to secure new contracts

Oversee consultation process for each client, identifying all possible opportunities

Report back to Senior and Director Level on a weekly/monthly basis

The role offers the opportunity to join what is an already highly successful team with plans going forward to grow to a predicted and very realistic growth of the new few years.

You will currently be a Business Development Manager, National Account Manager, National Sales Manager or Sales Manager ideally with experience in negotiating long term high revenue contracts, preferably with experience in multi-level conceptual selling environments.

Experience of working in the BMS market is not essential more important is a proven track record in B2B sales and presenting/selling at board level. The company have excellent training facilities and generous lead in time for the successful incumbent to establish themselves.
